PPO PENETRATION RATES INCREASE BY 10 POINTS

Systems and Healthcare Solutions today announced that PPO network
penetration has increased by as much as 10 points for ustomers of
Healthcare Solutions who have deployed VIIAD’s Health Ticket.
Health Ticket, an on-demand claim communication and PPO compliance tool powered by VIIAD, is accessed through an easy to use web-based application by injured workers and treating medical providers in order to locate participating PPO providers and other information relevant to a workers’ compensation claims transaction.
“Customers who have deployed the VIIAD Health Ticket have seen a significant jump in PPO penetration – and in some cases, as high as 10 points,” said Tom Shivers, executive vice president of Healthcare Solutions.
Healthcare Solutions began offering VIIAD’s Health Ticket to customers in 2009. Implementation of the add-on program requires no IT resources by Healthcare Solutions or its customers.
