Atlanta, September 10, 2009 — Healthcare Solutions today announced the appointment of Steve Clark to the position of senior vice president of specialty services. The position resides in the company's Atlanta-based operating company, Cypress Care, which provides pharmacy benefit management and specialty healthcare services to workers' compensation and auto insurance carriers, through third party administrators, managed care organizations, government agencies and self-insured employers.

As a leader in the specialty services market, Clark will be responsible for strategic oversight and direction of the company's specialty services that includes durable medical equipment and supplies, home healthcare, diagnostic imaging, physical medicine and transportation and language services. Clark brings over 25 years of healthcare experience in specialty healthcare services. As a former regional vice president for Praxair Healthcare Services, Clark was responsible for sales, operations and compliance for similar product lines in the broader healthcare industry.

He began his career in financial analysis roles with NCR Corporation and Travelers Insurance Corporation. Clark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
