Tim Vroman

Tim Vroman, Executive Vice
President, oversees Cypress Care's operations and offers over 20
years of experience as a senior finance and operations executive.
Tim joined Cypress Care in 2003 and served as chief financial
officer and chief operations officer until his promotion to
president in 2008. Prior to joining Cypress Care, Tim served in
senior finance and operations roles for Coopers & Lybrand,
Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Mellon Financial Corporation. At these
companies, Tim was instrumental in the development of the
companies' HR outsourcing businesses. Tim also served as finance
director and treasurer for Harbridge House, a management consulting
firm in Boston. He earned an MBA in Finance from Boston College,
and B.S. in accounting from Bryant College.
